One of the critical elements of our preventative and proactive approach to medicine is our thorough and rigorous head-to-toe comprehensive health assessment that is second to none in Canada. 

Every client undergoes our full assessment upon registering with us in order for us to get an accurate “snapshot” of where there health is at this moment.  It is from there that we can work to address issues in a collaborative manner with our entire team to better develop your very own personal ongoing health & wellness plan. 

Essentially, your own comprehensive assessment involves 4 key phases:

PHASE 1 - Completion of our comprehensive medical questionnaire outlining previous conditions, health issues, family history, etc in order for us to have a background of your health history prior to coming to Provital.

PHASE 2 – Your comprehensive health assessment is typically a 3-1/2 to 4 hour total thorough exam where you will spend 30-45 min with each of our collaborative team members - as they put you through a battery of dozens of preventative screening exams, tests and assessments.   The whole purpose of all this very thorough testing is to give us a “snapshot” of your health today and allow us to address any issues or concerns immediately.

PHASE 3 – Once all these assessments are completed and testing results are in, our team will then collaborate in order to develop your very own personalized health and wellness plan, tailored to your specific needs and goals.  This plan will include recommendations on areas such as diet/nutrition, exercise and mental health and a customized program plan to work with our specialists moving forward to help you achieve your health related goals.

PHASE 4 – It doesn’t stop there.  As part of your program and ongoing care, you will have access to our specialists when you need them.   Let them be your friendly reminder, your counselor, your trainer or your coach as you work towards your goals. They will be there with you every step of the way.
